We as the armed forces of the United States have a research department, but the greatest advances at the armament level come from private sectors, this could not be something counterproductive because if they sell a product to us, what deprives them of selling it to other countries?

I always have faith that everything will make sense, and we will move into a better era. Sometimes it's challenging to maintain that faith, but it's always there.

I brought my guitar to Iraq, it wasn't easy, but I managed to convince my commander to let me take it. I will never forget those days when we played our favorite country songs with my buddies.

I was so impulsive before the military. Training changed everything for me. What part of your personality did the military change for the better?

Was discharged from the military in my first year due to a dislocated shoulder… life sucks sometimes!

My mother always kept me going, even in the most difficult times, everytime I spoke with her on the phone while I was deployed I left smiling and feeling the warmth that only a mother could bring, I'm here thanks to her.
