Well indeed it's scary
For everything they want immediate joiners
And for freshers
They want experienced
Don't know where Indian corporate Market is heading to, everywhere is 60 to 90 days NP, recruiters ghost u, not ready to wait for u that long,
keeping an offer for 60-90 days candidate, doesn't makes senses to them
When they can already grab someone immediate ones, going through the same,
let's see what happens
Tcs salary is so low.. that even a 100% hike feels low in any other city than your hometown.
I did the same thing. I used to work in TCS. Biggest mistake of my life tbh. Never felt and organisation I looked up to from my childhood will be such a shit. However, when one door closes the other one opens up. At times some risks are good for your physical and mental health.
you resigned without any offer?
I can understand.. I'm facing the same thing ...
I resigned on 29th March, I always wanted to
, since the day I joined this project last year. Dont have any offer but the pressure of delivering and daily pressure was too much to handle. To top it off, I have 18.5 YOE sitting on 20 LPA. Yea, I was at onsite and have enough savings but still, I feel the pressure of spendings after resigning. Seeing that I wont be able to spend they way I do now, scares me. Hoping that 30% is offered as retention increment, I thought I am critical but naah.. money matters to them. 😞
