HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.

Got a job offer from small consulting firm (<200 people) and they are ready to file my GC from day1. About to resign in next couple of weeks once I receive my h1 approval.
But Deloitte sent a notification that they are restarting Perm process. Currently with Deloitte - nothing has been filed. They have the JD and all the documents from my side but haven’t filed pwd yet. Stay or move out .?

How long is the H1B transfer process time?

Any tax accountants/attorneys in here? What would happen to the 401k of a foreign worker if they cannot longer maintain an immigration status and have to go back home? What about a ROTH 401k? Assuming they made after-tax contributions, would they still be able to take tax-free distributions if they are non-resident aliens for tax purposes?

I currently have my EAD based on my OPT with an addition 2 year renewal. I have also submitted a marriage based GC application in Nov 2021, did my biometrics currently waiting on my interview. I have an offer from a tech company and want to leave my current employer. I am worried if I tell my upcoming employer about being currently on OPT they will freak out and take back their offer even doh I can work and don’t need their sponsorship.

Do I have to tell ? Has anyone experience this before?

H1-B transfer question

I recently accepted an offer to join a company (A) . They started my H1-B transfer and I received today the approval notice for the transfer.

However, I accepted last week a (better) offer at another company (B) and they will start soon my H1-B transfer.

I attend to tell company (A) on Monday that I will not be joining them. Will there be any issue with company B filing for a H1-B transfer soon?

Is the only way to find out your case tracking number through the physical receipt notice?

Anyone had gone through from E3 to GC route without moving to H1B. This is coming from a Non Aussie born individual. Can anyone share the timeline and experience? Thanks

Is anyone in this group spent 4 years in public accounting audit still waiting for his/her employer to start Labor petition perm process? I have only 2 years left with my h1b now, during this unprecedented time I am worried if the firm may not be willing to incur additional cost? We submitted DS160 for H4 Dropbox few months ago, since then unable to find appointments. Meanwhile, primary applicant’s I797 new extension approved. How do we use this I797 for H4 Dropbox? During doc submission can we just give new I797?

Advice pls. We got our greencard and now my spouse can work. My spouse has been unemployed for more than 2 years. And we noted that it is difficult to get more job interviews and get an offer.
