It could be my company, it could be the fact that I've been in this profession for over 12 years now, but I'm done. I really would like to try something new and, for a change, not be involved with people on such an extended level. What fields/roles would you suggest would account for the smoothest transitions for someone like me? Really excited to see the different answers I'll see in the comments.

Maybe something like project coordination or operations roles which could use your organizational and communication skills? and it's usually with less emotional load than direct people management. Another option could be moving into data analysis or reporting within your industry, which will still be connected but more behind-the-scenes.

what about learning and leadership?

Alternatively, has anybody had a positive experience with an external recruiting agency?

I am selling house and remodeling both master bath and kids bath. Got quote for 29k for both and I buy floors and cabinets.question is I have a very big whirlpool tub and tiles around it discolored. It’s a hassle to lift it up change the tiles and fixtures and put it back. It’s old but works great. Remodeling ppl recommend get rid of it, give space to buyers if they want to buy standalone tub. I thought it adds value to have whirlpool tub. But can’t even change fixture. Should I get rid of it?
