IT industry is pathetic industry in India.Especially Indian HRs never provide any offer letters to me even after clearing the all the rounds of interviews as they know my notice period in current company is 90 days.My salary never reached 20 lpa because of 90 days notice period.It also impacted my marriage and my personal life.Our Indian IT employees never raise voice and not sending 90 days NP to labour ministry or labour court.Indian govt are not doing work properly

How many points? Caribbean Marriott Cat 3 property, 5 nights. They have an issue with the boiler so no hot water and shower stops in between. Ice cold showers for 4 days in a row 🥶. Hotel phones don’t work because network is down and only local channels work on tv. Last night they had a huge leak in the lobby. They kept knocking stuff all night to fix it and then left a large floor fan running. I understand it’s tough reopening so don’t want to push, plus they upgraded our room at check in.
