It’s wild seeing HCL offering 22 LPA packages for the 2026 entry-level batch for "Elite" AI roles while the rest of us are waiting until October for a single-digit increment. 

Is internal growth dead at HCL? Seems like the only way to get a market-correction hike is to resign and come back as a lateral hire.
