How often do temporary "might-become-permanent" type jobs (at small/mid size firms) actually become permanent?

Salary for a CA fresher in TIAA India as an internal control analyst

I'm around 8 yr experienced in RPA(Technical). What designation they will give me and what salary should I expect? Is there fixed + variable pay system too? If yes, what's the split?
Total exp - 7.9 yrs
CCTC - 18 LPA

What's the inhand salary calculation for below 2 offers(after tax)

1. 34 LPA fixed pay ( both employer and employee PF included) 12% of Basic. Total 3.2 LPA in PF deduction.

2. 36.5 LPA fixed pay ( employee pf 12% of basic and employer PF is 1800 )

My Deductions are
1. 1.5 lakhs 80c
2. 50k 80ccd
3. HRA - 22k p.m.

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. Any Probate attorneys? My mother just passed away and I have zero experience in this area. There is an original will naming me the agent though I have been unable to read it as the secondary agent won’t hand it over. Can I start probate without it? She died in Idaho which requires formal probate for any estate valued over $100k. By value does that mean after debts are repaid? How does one know the value of the estate before they file?
