If I did good on the first two interviews but just “okay” on the more technical third interview do you think I still got the job?

I’m new to the cybersecurity industry, professionally speaking (I did/do a lot for family and close friends). I’ve completed a boot camp, which I regret doing. I have certifications for companies such as Qualys and ISC2, but no CompTIA security+ yet. I tailor my resume to position descriptions. It’s been a month or so, without any offers. What would you suggest that I do to get my first entry level position?

What are some good child care options for single parents? Have a toddler that is in preschool, but need to think about child care after school. Feel like I missed the boat years back to get into Director of Product role. Back in the day there was only Senior in between a Director role, now there’s Lead and Group levels, so much hierarchy now.

I have an offer to join a startup as an APM. The only downside is that the engineering team is located offshore in India. I’m concerned about the resulting impact because of 1) the potential late night calls 2) the learning opportunities missed by not working with a US engineering team (communication tactics, translatable skills) 3) potential exit opps into FAANG pm roles due to not having experience with an onshore eng team.
