I'm wanting to know what people think is better. Kaiser or ucla health for working as an admin staff. Ucla seems to have good pay from what I see on the job descriptions but kaiser only shows pay grade. Ucla has pension and a raise it seems every year. But I was alao told kaiser offers a dollar each year as a raise. I want a place I can grown and stsy Long term. Any one have any insight on kaiser and what they offered.UCLA Health Kaiser Permanente

You just have to keep trying. You are not the only qualified person applying for the jobs and sometimes it comes down to the weird tiny things, or personality fits with the team. I just hired an admin and any of the final 4 would have done fantastic at the job but when there's one spot, 3 perfectly qualified candidates are going to get cut. It doesn't hurt to reach out to the companies and ask for feedback on why you weren't selected. Not everyone will answer or even respond, but some will and could give insight.
Also a couple of places is nothing these days. When I was searching for my current job I literally took a year to land the right fit. It's tough competition. Be prepared to apply and interview at a lot of places.
