Can anyone here give a referral?
Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

Kaiser is generally a great place to work. Downsides of the career trajectory are that it takes 2-3 years for promotion, and that’s if you are aggressive about it. It often takes people 5+ years to get promoted, but they probably aren’t being very aggressive or asking for the promotion. Base salaries are competitive for healthcare, but not compared to Tech. Annual merit raises are usually 2-4%, and promotions are 7-15% raises. You aren’t going to get rich working at KP unless you want to go to c-suite levels.
The pension is really nice. According to the estimate tool we have, I’ll be getting at least a 2 million dollar lump sum or 12k+ monthly in retirement and that’s if I just continue my career with annual 3-4% raises without going into management (and of course stay here my entire career). KP also contributes 5% of my salary to another retirement account (in addition to the pension).
Other than the comp structure/promotion schedule, WLB is pretty good and if you’re not getting into a clinical role you should be able to WFH 100% of the time in a KP region. Insurance is almost 100% employer paid. The two teams I’ve been on have been very flexible and there’s no micromanagement. Great place for a stable healthy career
Curious, what state are you working at?
Hi Kim, are you looking at a union or non-union admin role? Which entity, TPMG, KFH, PO? I worked as a union admin with TPMG and felt there was great WLB, pay, benefits, pension. Let me know the details and I can give you an estimate on pay.
