I'm wanting to know what people think is better. Kaiser or ucla health for working as an admin staff. Ucla seems to have good pay from what I see on the job descriptions but kaiser only shows pay grade. Ucla has pension and a raise it seems every year. But I was alao told kaiser offers a dollar each year as a raise. I want a place I can grown and stsy Long term. Any one have any insight on kaiser and what they offered.UCLA Health Kaiser Permanente

Does your job description say only assisting with 2 VPs? If so you can use that as leverage for a raise.
Also, let them know that you won’t be able to give the same quality of care and that it’ll severely affect your work life balance.
Unfortunately that didn’t work for me so I have 3 sometimes 4 doctors.
When I was an hourly AA many moons ago, I supported an SVP and his team (2 VPs and an analyst). I mostly worked with the SVP since his team didn't really need my support.
At Deloitte where I currently work (also not an AA anymore), I have seen hourly AA support as many as 6 Partners.
I would definetely talk to your supervisor or manager and see if you could get a pay raise since you will be supporting an additional person.
Usually AA are on a salary schedule which is consistent across a whole district or school. It might be a Union issue. Are you in a union?
Worth a chat with your direct manager. You will ultimately be taking on more work and it never hurts to ask for a raise with justification
