I've been at NNSY for over 10 years and it's been a mixed bag. My biggest gripe is a major lack of consistency especially in my trade. You don't have a reliable forecast. You may like the division you're in by excelling and developing proficiency. Quickly you learn you're going elsewhere and you start all over again. You're simply a number to the higher ups and most of the time you're left in the dark. The feeling of homelessness is an understatement.

My father took a home loan, and the same home is kept as mortgage.
I'm paying arround 22k emi for the same but unable to exempt tax as the loan is on my father's name.

I googled a lot how to transfer it but neither gift deed nor sale deed would work as the property is on mortgage that's under bank's ownership (until loan is fulfilled).
Tax is also getting deducted, I'm paying hefty emis.

Question about solo/self-employed 401ks: If I create a sole-member LLC for a side business and create a solo/self-employed 401k, am I only allowed to make contributions from the earnings earned via the LLC? Or am I allowed to contribute money earned from a different source (ie W-2 job).

Do we know if there is a sponsoring partner that oversees this benefit/ program that I could have more of a heart to heart conversation with? From the benefit policy documentation, my understanding is that EY reimburses employees for surrogacy / adoption related expenses up to $50k lifetime.
