I've been at NNSY for over 10 years and it's been a mixed bag. My biggest gripe is a major lack of consistency especially in my trade. You don't have a reliable forecast. You may like the division you're in by excelling and developing proficiency. Quickly you learn you're going elsewhere and you start all over again. You're simply a number to the higher ups and most of the time you're left in the dark. The feeling of homelessness is an understatement.

Hello, I have a final panel interview coming up for a Strategic Product Consultant role at Procore (Construction SaaS). It’ll be 3 separate interviews, 30 minute each with a Team Lead, a Senior Consultant, and a Customer Success Manager.

I’ve already completed 2 interviews; 1 screening interview with a recruiter and 1 with a hiring manager.

I’m currently a PM for a General Contractor looking to pivot into tech.

My neighbor is a bit creepy/lonely (?). He comes over to chat when I’m outside working on the house or doing yard work and doesn’t catch on too well to social cues.
