That's just the market right now. Unfortunately I don't know anyone who has landed a role in less than 3 months in this market. 3 month seems to be on the very short end of job searches.

Yeah, the market is tighter than usual. When I open an AE role, I’m getting triple the applicants I used to. Your best bet is networking and reaching out to managers directly. The people who land fast are the ones who stay on our radar before the role goes live.

Anyone here start out in PA and leave to go to law school and come back? I’ve been contemplating leaving and going to law school for years.
