I've been hunting for an AE job for about a month, and the options on LinkedIn and Indeed are few and far between. Are you guys finding better opportunities somewhere else, or is the market just that rough right now?

That's just the market right now. Unfortunately I don't know anyone who has landed a role in less than 3 months in this market. 3 month seems to be on the very short end of job searches.

Yeah, the market is tighter than usual. When I open an AE role, I’m getting triple the applicants I used to. Your best bet is networking and reaching out to managers directly. The people who land fast are the ones who stay on our radar before the role goes live.

Hi Fishes,

I applied to one of the roles and after initial screening I happened to see in the website that there are no suitable openings for my profile.

I heard that the cool off period is six months. Does that apply to my situation because I didn't attend any interview.

Can I use referals to apply before 6 months? Or should I wait for 6 more months?

While accepting offer in Wipro my friend directly clicked accept and submitted after reading all the pages. But didn't fill the signature and date column in all sheet since text was not enabled. At bottom of every page in offer letter it shows as signed by user name ,user email address & date when she signed. Could anyone please confirm if this is fine or not ? Do we need to fill signature and date also above because she couldn't do anything now. Is this offer letter valid now?
