I gave interview (Manager round) last Friday at Deloitte India. Haven't heart back tried calling hr but no luck. When can I expect result or feedback, is this a dead end for me? Deloitte @deloitteindia.

Hello there. I have been interviewing with Okta and got through all 5 rounds of interviews. They say they want to offer me the job but there is a global freeze for all marketing roles at the company. They want to offer me a contractor role instead. Does anyone here know if that is the case? I haven't heard anything as they seem be on wellness week. Thanks for any guidance :)
