I’ve been looking for a new role in tech sales since February, and this is the toughest job market I’ve experienced in my career.
Recruiters disappear without any follow-up. Or after days or even weeks of silence, they let you know the role has been filled, while I was at initial stage. The lack of communication and transparency has been surprising.
Am I missing something or this is simply the reality of today’s market.
Which tools shall I use that may help me?
