I've been noticing a lot of job postings, especially on sites like Indeed or even company career pages, that were originally put up a few months ago. With the way things seem to move in today's job market, I'm starting to wonder if it's even worth my time to apply to these older listings. Is it possible they're still actively looking for someone, or am I likely just sending my application into a black hole?
