Yesterday I attended MS hackerrank test and was able to solve some Java based MCQ and one sql query correctly but not able to execute a code with any passed test case so should I expect a call from a recruiter for an interview?

Can it really take over a week to make a decision about whether to invite a candidate for a callback after a screener? Has anyone experienced this? The firm said I would hear either way so I’m not taking silence as a rejection but nervous as to why it’s taking so long.

Anyone have names of recruiters in the San Diego area that they used and liked?

If I apply to multiple positions within the same company, would that negatively impact my chances?

Anyone has experience working for Meta as a contractor? (Crystal Equation). Has Meta ever converted any contractor to a full time? if so, what is the process like, in the past, I got converted without any interview, the company simply gave me an offer and the process was seamless.

Scenario, interviewing a candidate that has great experience for the role however candidate has a lot of tattoos. Nothing crazy or derogatory, would you pass on him/her? Not a customer service job either. Specially manufacturing…. Have you ever passed on a candidate because of tattoos?
