I had an interview with IBM for band 8 , completed salary discussion with HR and Bgv forms.HR was told yesterday that I will be getting offer letter today but when I check with HR today she was saying g that the position is on hold and let me know after a week.

May I know whether I will get offer letter by next week.

How long does it take EY GDS to hire? I've applied for some positions (bcom fresher) on June last week. I’ve had a bad case of work anxiety ever since I started a new job ~7 months ago. The adjustment was ROUGH. I was making mistake after mistake. I powered through and somehow got glowing reviews at year end, with people saying I’ve moved past that point.

I’m convinced I’ve only tricked people and sooner or later they’re gonna catch on. I have extremely bad Sunday scaries, I’m always fighting down my anxiety whenever a new ask comes through. I don’t know what to do.

My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? I am very anxious it's too late so I cant even call recruiter.
