Your very first job can be a lot. Especially, only a few months in. Try to find whatever breaks you can to do what you enjoy. Also, pick out what is stressing you out and try to figure that out. I did fast food too, and it really is a lot at first.
Here is hoping that you find something better fitting. I know it’s tough working somewhere that drains you and not being able to work on your bigger goals.

Make sure to insist on a consistent schedule and consecutive days off. Try to work 40 hrs max, hopefully you don’t have too many bills to worry about. See if you can maybe switch to a less busy time period to work.
I’ve been trying to find something part time and the only bills I have to pay is my gym membership and and phone bill along with rent. And the hours have been crap lately too and management is bad too.

That sounds exhausting, especially for a first job. Full time, high stress, and 4am wake ups is a lot for anyone, let alone when you are trying to recover from burnout. It might not be that you are weak, it might just be the schedule and environment. If possible, exploring part time or a lower stress role could make a huge difference.

That sounds really tough. Starting your first full time job after high school is a big adjustment, especially with early mornings and high stress. It’s normal to feel burnt out and anxious your mental health matters, and taking small breaks or setting boundaries where you can might help you regain some balance.
