I've declined the job offer from a company. Still I'm getting welcome emails saying to fill new employee wizard. Also have got a mail yesterday with subject "You have been added to recruiting candidate's database" and the mail says that my profile has been created.
Is this something concerning? Will they create employee id & PF account without me joining there? I haven't filled the new employee wizard and haven't shared Form 11. But have shared my aadhar number and UAN as they asked for it.

I got an offer letter from citi bank but the HR said its not confirmed yet. It will be confirmed after doing the background verification. How harsh is background verufication and when should i expect BGV done and is there aby case of terminating offer due to background verification.

Anyone have advice for talking to teachers in your school that are upset with you?
My 4th grade class didn’t show up today because the teachers are upset that student behaviors that are an issue in music are carrying over to their classroom. I understand their frustration, but nothing was communicated with me. I even thought things were going better this week.

Question about inclusion…. I’ve been teaching inclusion for 5 years so I’m still a newb, but a first year coworker of mine said she got points off on her observation because her kids were scattered in the classroom and she was having to move from kid to kid to assist. While I see the point of putting them together for convenience, I don’t agree with this at all! To me this is like singling them out by putting them all together instead of INCLUDED amongst peers. What do y’all think?

I got call back from Capgemini that my expected CTC has been met. HR told "I got approval from my seniors of your expected CTC. I am generating offer letter in the system. You will get the offer letter by today EOD or by Tomorrow" Is he fooling me or I will really get the offer letter? Capgemini
