don't you know that "having PwC on your resume is valuable" since they're the "best"? At least that's what they told me. it's definitely not that they don't give a shit about their employees and their business model is based on people leaving.
What level are all of you? Having been here in the 08-09 timeframe I can tell you that 3% or lower raises are always possible when the firm has a poor year. 7-15% is pretty standard depending on performance and promotions, but highs and lows do happen over time.
I got 2%, fuck you OP.
Why so salty? That's exactly what this app is for, to share work relevant info and experiences.
I really want someone to say they got 6% last year and 16% this year now. 😂
I did get 16% last year
2% is a bullshit raise, EY 2. I got poor performance ratings for my first two months at the firm, and then they did annual reviews based off that. I got 2%, and it's the main reason I'm leaving.
In complaining about raise %, OP started a discussion on raise % lol
It's definitely way lower than 5% lol ~Ben Franklin
Eat a butt
Is 2% a real raise? My first year at PwC I got 5% though. And left 1 month later for 25% riase.
How have the raises been since @ey2?
Got 29% two years ago...
Got 13%. 7-15 seems spot on.
What region is 2% average.... I would assume that's PIP range.
It's generally true. The firm posts the percentages, it's no secret.
average 3 rating last year (but RP said i was on the cusp of increasing it to a 2). S2 to S3 promote. still got only 6%.
I got 15.59% 🤔
3 rates last year 5% raise
@PwC 1, 2% raise? Why is PwC so cheap... I got a similar raise and was told that was average :(
