I’ve got the forms to request FMLA for a few weeks prior to birth. But now I’m at a loss as to what to fill out. I can barely sit and do work for any period of time, brain fog is causing me to mix up deals or forget,decent levels of fatigue, and my back is in excruciating pain. But chalk it up to the gunner in me but it’s hard to put this down as reasons to actually take leave. I also have no idea how to describe the essential job functions (sit at computer and read screens all day?). Any ideas?

How could I bolt onto a change mgmt engagement as an assistant or facilitator? I’m near the end of an unpaid volunteer role in an OD engagement and it has worked great because it requires low hours of work while still providing me with experience. Present Package - 19.5L (fixed)
Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)
Joining bonus - 1L
Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.

What should be the average CTC of 9.6 yoe .net Full stack developer as per current market. Experience on Angular, VueJs and Dotnet core.

When I was a device driver developer with 2 years relevant experience I had got calls from Nvidia and Qualcomm. Unfortunately I wasn't able to crack the interviews back then.

For next 5 years I worked mostly on application development and broadening my exposure. I am not getting even a single call from such companies now.

Is it a good idea to rebrand myself as a device driver developer so that I can get calls again?
