Hello Folks,
My current CTC is 16L (13L Fixed) in Accenture and working as CL10 and WFH.
I got an offer from PWC AC Bangalore is 21L fixed and WFH with joining date 15th Dec.
Now I got a promotional offer from Accenture of 16.6L fixed (with 25% hike) to CL9 which will be effective from 1st Dec.
They are asking me to retain.
Could any one please suggest me the better option? My yoe is 7 years.

For 6.2 years, if you switching with let us say 25 LPA in next switch, you shall be in top 10% in Deloitte employee salary atleast in India. But problem is after the seasonal boon, your performance will be speculated in detail and if you are in mood of frequent switches, you will be forced to retired with yoe 10 and no one shall pick you up :)
I guess you missed the details, it is mentioned that I am being hired at M level in Deloitte. Do you still feel I would be amongst the top 10% with lets say 27L fixed at M level??
Also what is the boon you are referring, how do you know it is a bubble or clients have agreed & support the high pricing for Indian talent in niche roles. However, I shall not try to switch again in next few years for the sake of my CV but the scenario whoch you highlighted might be true for someone at 50L. Think about it.
This opportunity is not with DI but Deloitte India Joint Venture (Rest of the world clients). However, I understand where you are coming from, will try and stick to it for long. But abi behti hawa me udlo, kya pata baadme hiring, hikes progression, perks etc. stops/slows for all.
