What should be the designation for 6.8 yrs experience as lateral hire at HCL? HR and promised to give Senior Tech Lead but on offer letter it is just Tech Lead. When asked now they are stating like finance payroll team are saying that Senior Tech Lead can be offered only for 7.5 yrs experience. HCL Technologies
HCL Technologies offer being delayed and recruiter keeps saying that there's a problem with their "Offer release portal system." I have already stated my issues with relocating until after I have the offer signed and ready. The project is supposed to start on the 19th and I'm supposed to join before, or on that date. It's already coming up soon and I don't have the official offer so that I can confidently start the relocation process. Has anyone else recently dealt with this?

Before joining hcl and tcs please confirm your bgv status. It happens less but when it does they just let employee go
I would suggest having a clear discussion with your recruiter about the situation and getting this sorted. If possible, also try communicating over email as it will serve as written proof in the future as well. Hope the situation gets better shortly.

I am trying to connect with every person i know in HCL, they have not replied back yet, hence pinged here are there any chances of converting from RED to Green and get BGV clearance,as mentiond idont hv relieving lettr of 2 companies in 2021-22 whr i workd only for a week bcz of personal medical reasons I had to quit, bt i have all the ppr of other companies includin my last two companies. My worry is will thy stick to rules and reject me fr nt having the relieving lettrs or those 2 co. Or they allow me as I atleast hv recent co. Offer & relieving letters. But my EPFO portal is clear where they mentioned both DOJ & DOE properly even for those co. Whr i workd for 1week.

I worked for a company for one month, later rejoined HCL where I did not disclosed my one month experience, there were no issues in BGVs so far, it's been 2+ years I am working now in HCL, there could be potentially other reason, try to fetch the reason from recruiter.
Offer letter will be shared on iOnboard portal, if in case if there is problem in onboarding portal HR will generate it manually and supply it to you over email.

Sure, that's the one reason they asked, very adamant towards getting my relieving letter for those two companies, not sure what I can do now if I cannot get relieving letters. Really fed up with HCL BGV process, doing the same process ten times and asking the same things ten times
@author -- how it has cleared have you submitted the docs relieving letter
Touch base with your previous companies and request for relieving letters, it shouldn't be a big deal for them to share even if it's less than a week. Alternatively I can suggest you to tell something to HCL recruiter, "those companies processed your virtual onboarding without your consent and created PF account too, hence it became an issue now" This works only if you joined those companies in last 2 years during covid. This from my personal experience.

Good point .But it was in 2021 and 2019 hence cannot say that, also they say we cannot share relieving letter for working less than one week.
In Portal we can see BGV status right. My status is completed. Is it not really completed? Will they do after joining?

I am selected in HCLSoftware, i have all the relieving and experience letter, but my first company didn’t had any pf deduction and its not there on pf portal, i am in HR discussion phase as of now, but as bgv is so strict, i want to know will it going to cause any issues in future?
