First Accenture interview tomorrow.
Can any current Accenture employer please share how they’d answer “Why Accenture?”
I want to incorporate any regularly used internal mantras, verbiage, or vernacular into my answer.
ie: “emphasis on creating value and shared success for clients”, innovators /innovative

No one gives a fuck bout you tossing in shit like “delivering client value”; You’re better bringing up unique accenture shit like the large amount of plus ones, diversity in projects that are available at such a big firm, and emphasis on technology/innovation
I generally ask that question to candidates for a few reasons. So here’s what I hope to get out of it:
1 - Accenture has a ton of different groups inside of it, so I want to make sure the candidate is being considered for something that’s the right fit
2 - It gives me a sense of what they know about the firm and what I need to explain/emphasize
3 - It’s a very easy question to answer, so it helps to set some of the more nervous candidates at ease as they’ve likely prepared an answer

Accenture isn’t a big four. But they like to think they are.
I’d say that you want to be a part of a place that is known for digital innovation and transformations. That’s their big thing.
