I’ve noticed that the best feedback I’ve received in stressful environments wasn’t the most critical, it was the most specific. What kind of feedback helps you the most?

That's a good point about specific feedback being the most useful. The purpose of feedback should be to let someone improve their work, but all too often it can be punitive criticism. I would prefer feedback that's meant in the right spirit, meaning it's constructive and preferably specific enough that I can adjust what I'm doing and make tangible improvements.

I think I agree with this, I want constructive, honest and straight to the point.

Definitely the most specific and the most honest. The honest feedback that’s direct has always been more valuable and practical than the beat-around-the-bush feedback.

Very true! I think honest feedback has always helped me too

100% I want specific feedback and preferably with examples of what I could improve on
