Has anyone left PwC while they still had an outstanding Educational Support Program repayment agreement? What is the repayment process like? Am I required to pay back the amount in full the day I leave the firm or is there the ability to do a repayment agreement? I’m looking at new opportunities and would like to have my new firm take on the amount of the tuition agreement ($14,000) but don’t know how much that might limit my options.

That's a good point about specific feedback being the most useful. The purpose of feedback should be to let someone improve their work, but all too often it can be punitive criticism. I would prefer feedback that's meant in the right spirit, meaning it's constructive and preferably specific enough that I can adjust what I'm doing and make tangible improvements.

I think I agree with this, I want constructive, honest and straight to the point.
Definitely the most specific and the most honest. The honest feedback that’s direct has always been more valuable and practical than the beat-around-the-bush feedback.
