My wife is a family doctor, she is working insane hours, she is treating covid patients, and there is a lot of days when she has to stay at the hospital without coming home. My neighbour works in a local grocery store, so he has been at work since the Day 1 of lockdown. I just came home sobbing because I got too drunk at my female best friends house and her husbands male friend tried to take advantage of me when we were left alone in a hot tub. My boyfriend didn’t ask if I was okay but instead screamed at me, threw things and left the house. Dumping him is the only logical answer?? Am I crazy?

I don't have any friends.. sometimes i feel very lonely.. i don't have anyone to share my thoughts or feeling.. there is this void.. trying to pickup things to distract myself but it's not helping much... Seeking your inputs!! Sorry for this off topic question.

When, or if you set time aside to take care of yourself or do something for yourself, what do you do? I'm realizing I don't really have any "healthy" ways of relaxing outside of work, so drop whatever you got. It's starting to affect my personal life and I'm worried I won't be able to have healthy relationships unless I can take care of myself first.

I have 1 one year old and have told my husband that I want to get divorced. He is being immature about the process and is just trying to make everything difficult. Sometimes he says he will move out, then he says the baby and I should, sometimes he says he wants custody when the real reason im leaving is his lack of interest amd resppnsibility toward our family. I can tell he is hurt and is upset that i dont love him anymore and want to get everything ready to make the exit easy. How do I start?
