I've received an offer from HCL. I've shown fake payslip of my current company in BGV. As per HCL policy they won't be verifying present employer details until I join HCL, so will there be any red flag in post BGV ?? Is there any way to avoid this ??

They asked me to share the documents , but they didn't share the offer letter, it's been 1 week already.
Do they take time in releasing offer letters generally , or am I rejected already ?

Also, they mentioned 5% engagement bonus , and 8% annual bonus, do they give full amount , or some part of it.

How much an average candidate can expect from these bonus ?

I see there are people with roles such as Consultant and Sr.Consultant with the same experience as mine.
I regret now that I haven't asked for Consultant role.
What is the salary that HCL will offer to Consultant and Sr.Consultant roles?
