They are not really hiring! Most companies are just posting and reposting roles to make it look like they are still going strong and hiring. I don’t know why any regulators are not looking into this practice to stop it and not waste job seekers time.
Nope. They aren't actually hiring for these roles. They're ghost jobs. Come up with a system to earmark them so you know not to waste your time applying for them in the future.
Yes, some are legit high-turnover needs or pipeline-building listings. If it’s a company you love, still apply, but ask in interviews about team stability and turnover.
