I disagree with the fact that girls are only attracted towards money or packages.
But instead they really need the list below:
1). Someone with pure heart and intentions
2). Someone who gives attention to her for lifetime
3). Someone who wishes to support her in ups and downs of life
4). Someone with whom she can feel the warmth and comfort during the entire journey.
5). Money has a lot of added situations so, it always comes secondary but it's also required in adequate percentage to carry on our lives happily and comfortably.
I hope it helps all boys n girls out here.
Bonus tips:
1). You can get good connections if you're able to reveal your identity in public.
2). Share some of your latest pics on a post or in private to show what you are as a real person.
3). Let the prospects know what you care about or what you dislike to understand you better.

5th point you have mentioned - money is required in adequate percentage is perceived differently by each individual irrespective of gender. No matter what place it's kept at, Money plays a significant role nowadays and is often kept as first priority because of the options available. Other things you have mentioned can be checked after applying filters on the money first and for girls it's somewhat easier in terms of availability.
