My dilemma… I am an injury adjuster at a carrier experiencing high inventory that’s barely manageable. A competitor offered a higher salary and manageable workload. BUT, I would like to get into underwriting. I applied for UW position w/ a different carrier and they’ve made an offer. It’s lower than my current salary and significantly lower than what I’d make by taking the first offer. Do I take the high salary and stay in claims or go for UW in hopes it will be best in long run?

A few days later, another email went out stating they had made a mistake which decreased the raise by $4/hr instead of $6 increase. Can they do that? I have never come across as rude as tcs onboarding team HR. . Tata Consultancy They are literally incapable of handling of a crowd of 100 people and. I am surprised how they are planning to onboarding avg of 200 people on single day. They take individual's questions and start answering with statement like can't you understand I am not here for this purpose with very rude tone and in a crowd of more than 200 people. . Tata should take care of these type of HRs

Last week I got a call from cognizant regarding the interview on the weekend guy told it will be HR interview for half n hour only but it was technical interview. I haven't heard from them after the interview its been four days any idea when they will contact me again?

If I do parallel MBA, will Infy increase package ?
