But truly felt myself 2 yrs after
Was in the same situation and realized it was mild ppd. Been on Prozac since and I felt like myself once I got the right dosage. I wish I recognized it sooner!
1 yr
It’s a wild ride
First of all, what you’re feeling is totally normal and it took me about 2 years until I felt like ‘myself’ again. Get an inexpensive, flowy, roomy dress from Amazon. Don’t pay attention to the size, just get something that fits and is comfortable. Your body is going to look different than it did, and that’s okay.
1 year seems so long haha. I thought it would be a 3-6month recovery timeline
Thank you ladies❤️❤️
A year MINIMUM. But honestly, more like 4 years to feel like myself in terms of being able to go out and have a social life without feeling like I was leaving a baby at home.
Yeah this is exactly how I feel! I was always out pre baby and now it feels weird leaving her to go out. I think as she gets older it’ll be easier but by then, we’ll want to try for #2 and the cycle repeats
