I am wondering how do you answer to "Why do you want to join company XYZ?" in a situation when you are approached by a headhunter and it is relatively small and unknown company? Question about what’s realistic: My boss, vp of marketing, is dead set on working with an agency who can produce multiple videos over the course of several small shoots so that we can iterate on what’s working. From my experience, this would cost a lot more than our budget (80k) and would ultimately be more expensive than one larger shoot with more deliverables.
