Just wanted to share how my office has an instant boiling water tap, and it's a game changer! It’s so much better than using a kettle and makes doing a tea round super quick—no more waiting around! It got me thinking about what else we have in the office that we didn’t realise we needed until we had it. What’s something in your workplace that has made a big difference for you?

We have a toaster oven in our kitchen. People use it all the time to heat up pizza, to melt cheese on sandwiches, to toast bagels in the morning, or whatever their hearts desire.

Once our MD used the toaster to make cheese on toast. Cheese was left sticking the the inside of it and we had to get a new one.

My friend’s parent’s jewelry store has a Bluesy (ref 16613) in “like new” condition + box from 2008 for 10k. I had been contemplating buying a Rolex, but wasn’t super set on it. Is this a solid deal? Chrono24 seems to have couple years older ones for around 8-10k in very good/with papers, so not sure if I should keep shopping around

Details:
- $160K Base
- 1,200 RSUs over 4 years
1yr vesting with quarterly clip thereafter
Valued at $144K over 4y using today's stock price of $120 = $36K/y
- Signing bonus of ~$10K (TBD)
- Relocation payout of ~$10K (TBD)
