Ladies, how to manage work pressure during pregnancy phase. Especially when you are working for startup company and they are forcing to join late night calls as well because of client needs.

I worked for late night calls and untimely issue fixes till the day before my delivery. I worked for the same client for more than a year. I gave presentations and was involved in all activities related to project. What did i get no hike in return stating that i am not eligible for hike since I am on leave.
What i wanna say is no one will care about your health or growth in any terms. Please take care of yourself give priority to your health. Take leaves if needed for rest and if possible try talk to the HR about your issues.

Take breaks without guilt, communicate your working hours clearly. If you tell your team about the pregnancy they will definitely accommodate. But if you have not yet announced then you should communicate your work timings clearly. Nothing is worth taking stress at this time…

Don't take the pressure of doing ur best. During this time ur productivity may drop, ur working hours will be fixed, sometimes less than what is required. But this opportunity is once in a lifetime or maximum twice in a lifetime. Enjoy this phase with work with minimal stress. There is an entire lifetime to stress about work, but ur and baby's future health depends a lot on how u take care of urself during this phase

Hi Fishes!! I have got an offer from Infosys for Gurgaon Location. Mostly everyone knows Infosys is not present in NCR location. Folks making more than £100K: How do you deal with the 60% effective tax rate on the 100-125K bracket? (HMRC gradually reduces your £12,750 personal tax-free allowance to £0.)

This is the first time it is happening to me. With one month to go until the end of the tax year, I'm thinking of making a one-off extra pension contribution next payroll.
