One of my friend (2023 graduate) interviewed for the role of product analyst at Flipkart. She is claiming that she got an offer with 25 LPA as the base salary. Can this be true?

I was discussing my recent job search with some friends and we got into a small debate. I stand firm on not wasting my time applying for a job that doesn't post the salary with the job description, anyone else do this? I feel like anytime I have interviewed for a job that didn't post the salary, they end up lowballing me during the offer phase.

Wipro - 17 lpa(fixed)
Capgemini - 16.9 lpa (fixed)

Suggest me which among them have good work life balance , scope of learning and career growth.

When you’ve put in a lot of hard-work as a developer on a great project and received the best performance award but compensation has been same since Day 1…and have completed 2 years in the company. My interview got over on June 29th right after the interview the recruiter called me and told I’m selected and they will be sending the offer letter. He mentioned there will be a delay in releasing the offer letter since merging is happening right now. few days back I sent a mail to HR.. but no reply. and after that I received a mail stating they are no longer considering me for this position.
