Last month I interviewed for a role at ICICI and it's been 3 weeks. As per portal, I've been shortlisted for further consideration and I've also got learning Matrix emails regarding various courses related to compliance, etc but no update regarding offer letter. Someone please tell me when can I expect to receive the offer letter as my current org is planning to extend my notice period from 30 to 60 days

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?

I joined pwc india recently with IFS, but wanted to join PwC IAC IFS.
