CTO took a massive bonus by claiming he is cutting costs (firing). He's also stealing from the company. There's no hope for things to improve unless they change the CTO.

CTO took kickbacks from Getcrux for sharing Pixis' IP. Investors and the CEO are blindly trusting this leadership. The CTO also has stakes in CRUX. This is what happens when you place an inexperienced fresher in a Leadership role. Just look at the folks working in his office. They have zero product knowledge and an infinite attitude. And yes ... smoking 10 packets of cigarettes and weed in a day

In one interview today with Kundyl. Their expectation is to be available oncall 24*7... With work from office.

They literally got offended and stared at me for asking about WLB...

Seems companies are not learning, even after the great resignations.. the big names... Like TCS, ibm.. are not doing any changes to their work culture and ethics to improve WLB.
