I’m in OPS and I took a sizable relo package for Summit so I have golden handcuffs. It’s clear that there’s a density issue with headcount and available seating. If they decide to eliminate my role or get caught up in a RIF - it’s mine to keep. Give me my measly bonus and 6 months severance and I will gladly leave my badge at the front desk.

Haven’t heard anything specific but it appears some major restructuring is underway
When I made this post, my manager mentioned that layoffs were coming, but the details on who would be affected and when were still unknown. By Friday evening, we received official confirmation that higher-level employees in our teams were impacted, and now there’s uncertainty about the entire team.
As for why I haven’t left the J&J bowl yet, it’s because this bowl doesn’t appear to be officially affiliated with Kenvue + there are only 232 odd members. People from other companies can also join, and there are still Kenvue employees in the J&J bowl who share information. Hope that is clear.

How would this help
Doubtful, the way kenvue shares are structured based off of split off it’s a random collection of shareholders. More profitable to break it up and sell pieces.
