Anyone exit to Amazon? How many vacation days does the company give?

Please help. Husband was in Canada (and still is) at the time his H1B was approved, so he received I797B instead of the usual I797A approval. Since I797B comes without I-94 attached at the bottom, his H1B status becomes valid only after he gets his visa stamped from home country and enters the US on H1B. Due to COVID, we don’t intend to make a trip to India anytime soon. Will his employer be able to start the PERM/I-140 process without him having H1B status and while he’s still working in Canada?

Help needed! Asking for a Brazilian friend who just recently had his O-1 visa approved (first one after an OPT). he got started on a couple jobs, but he’s always getting stuck on the “your I-94 is expired” issue. Some lawyers told him to leave the country, but he can’t seem to schedule an interview in any US consulates, as most are still closed/not taking non emergency cases due to covid. Has anyone been through this situation or have any tips on how to work around it? Thank you!

Any tips? Dealing with resourcing issues for one of our largest clients. We have enough hours, just waiting for more experienced team members to be hired to complete it. We’ve reprioritized work so many times to get what we can done with the team we have, but still have important items waiting to be completed with more Sr. Folks. Turned down an offer for a Corp acct’g role at a company I’m passionate about and with a team I got along with great. Problem is comp was -8% and poor benefits. Am I crazy for 2nd guessing? I took-

I am really tired and I think I’m burning out. I love my job, my account, and my team (for the most part). Admitted to M7 but GMAT score is almost 20 points lower than the average. Post MBA goal is MBB but open to T2 firms as well. Will this impact my chances of recruiting for MBB given many of my classmates will have higher GMAT scores? Wondering if I should retake...

Current base is ~$100k, bonus was ~$10k last year. Incoming industry offer ~$125k, bonus should be ~$25k. Do I still try to negotiate a sign-on bonus to make up for what I lose in unvested comp?
