Leaving VC in SF after 4 years, spent 2 years in IBD. Got industry offer for Director level role in strategy / Corp dev M&A at a late stage pre-IPO unicorn (Series D+) at a MCOL city. 200 base, 20% bonus, additional 40k/yr options. So $280K range all in starting. I’m currently making $250K in VC here in Bay Area. Job is in a MCOL T2 city (Boston/Dallas/Austin/Chicago) so I won’t be living in expensive Bay Area. Can anyone recommend a traditional travel agent for booking Italy? Going solo for a wedding, so I don’t need the luxury itinerary planning of a “travel advisor” (& don’t want to pay the fee), but the wedding’s in a small town so handling finding best flight, which airport to fly into, transportation from airport to said small town, etc. plus someone to call during trip if there’s a snaffu. Most material terms are arguably there, but it’s convoluted and you’d be embarrassed to put your name on it. There’s clearly a better way to draft it. To what extent do you re-write certain sections?
