For folks who recently got their EAD, how long from the time of filing your I-485 did you get it?

Is it fraud or somehow bad to just start and quit a 2nd job every 1-2 months once you actually start to have to do real work? The first few weeks of most jobs tend to be pretty low stress and an easy paycheck or 2. And if you only do this at employers you wouldn't return to, is there a downside?

I’m currently a Grade 11 at Cisco. With the recent pay structure changes my annual comp will be $150k + 12% bonus. I live in a large metro area in the middle of the US. Is Deloitte allowed to use Robinhood? It's not a robo adviser and obviously you wouldn't invest in your clients. Or wealthfront?
