Breaking it down by generational stereotypes is good for LinkedIn's clickbait purposes, but I'm not sure what it really tells us. I could see Gen Z being less concerned because they've grown up being bombarded with digital hype and they may be better at sniffing it out than their older colleagues. So that may make sense. But the real distinction is in job roles. If you have a job that doesn't require a lot of judgment, AI may be a problem. If you have a job that requires human judgment, AI probably won't have much impact.

It is all about adapting to change. It was the same prediction that all the jobs would dry up when computers were invented.
Yes it is true. Lot of traditional jobs dried up but it created 100x more advanced jobs. The ones who stay updated would not fear from AI taking over because AI is going to create 1000x more jobs.
This is always the cautionary tale regarding technology advancement
