I recently joined cts its been a month and didn't received any project yet. Can someone help me with the bench policy of the cts.

How is being on the bench differ across firms? For us, it often is working similar to project hours (late night) on short fuse pitches

I got to know that there is bench system (talent pool) so I want to confirm that in how many days in general the project will get allocated. And how many chances someone gets to clear client interviews? What is the max period one can be in talent pool? And any more info if you can share about talent pool will be beneficial

I've been on the bench for 4+ weeks. I got 'staffed' last week but today the start date was pushed back another month.. Is there anyway to save my utilization? Should I request a different project?

Hello fishes, I am working at IBM as a Data Scientist and currently on bench. I will be resigning today as I have a better offer in hand right now. Wanted to know if I have to serve entire notice period of 90 days even when on bench or IBM gives early release ?

I recently joined Capgemini by this friday it will be one month. I didn't receive any laptop dispatch mail or anything till now . I filled a survey form on joining fay for laptop dispatch after that nothing was updated about again.

Will we get the laptop dispatched mail if the laptop is dispatched??

Also yesterday I got a mail to attend office physically for all bench personnel. I rarely even completed 3 days in Capgemini.While joining recruiter said that atleast there will be 3 months time.

My current project winds up on 31st December 2022. If I resign by mid/end of this month(expecting a few offers), would CG persist with the 90 day notice period with me serving majority off those on the bench or would they consider releasing early once the client stops paying? #Capgemini #NoticePeriod

Currently maxed Roth 401k, Roth IRA, HSA, and ESPP at 23 YO, should I consider an after-tax conversion? I’ve read about back-door Roths but I’m still far below the income limit as an analyst. Definitely looking into early-ish retirement, should I just invest the rest in a regular brokerage account until I reach the income limit? Am I even allowed to do a conversion? Hi guys , I joined a company 3 months back and was working in ui automation and getting to learn within the team with 5 other qa members, but now ive been put in api automation with me as the sole qa automation guy , and am allowed to take help from the only guy which handled the role previously, but I find the code and framework very difficult and complex,I am getting anxiety as I will have to work all this from now on, and seriously considering quitting and finding another job.
