Tumi
I recommend Tumi totes. They are chic and have great compartments. https://www.tumi.com/c/bags/laptop/?start=0&sz=48
It is extremely comfortable to wear (and super light!) and extremely durable
The only problem with my longchamp is there are zero pockets inside to keep your laptop in place unless you get an organizer or put ur laptop in a sleeve. I have an away tote with a laptop compartment which feels much better for me (though it’s much larger so doubles as a travel tote).
I’ve had my Longchamp forever and it handles weight well and lots of items. To M1’s point though, it doesn’t have pockets inside besides the mini one on time. So I use a laptop sleeve and other organizers
If you’re talking about the nylon le pliage, that’s not a professional bag, it was literally designed to be a grocery bag. I love those totes but I use them for the gym, travel, etc.
Longchamp makes very nice leather work bags as well but not in a $500 budget.
Yes the leather ones would be put of budget, but so nice!! I use the small one for my day to day.
I would love a laptop purse but I haul around my laptop and my Client laptop, the backpack contains everything well
Ooo I had forgotten about Tumi, thats a great option! Definitely want pockets and zips in the bag so I think longchamp is out.
When not using a backpack, I carry mine in myMichael Kors Marilyn . Just depends on what size you need. Lots a great sales now.
