Curious use of terms, "grab."
In my travels to Paris and other French locations, "grabbing a meal" can be difficult. Table service meals take more time than typical American meals.
As to dinner locations, I loved just walking through the Latin quarter and let the hawkers lure you in.
For lunch, if you are doing touristy things, consider picnic style and buy a fresh bagguette and cheese from a corner grocer. And Orangina.
Hope this helps.

I’ve never had a bad meal in Paris. These are the places I went based on coworker recommendations:
Brunch/Lunch: Carette
Afternoon tea or late lunch: Maisons de Thé Mariage Frères (oldest tea shop in Paris - all the food is tea-themed)
Dinner: Le Pantruche
Drinks: Lockwood
Fric-frac for a budget option - creative take on the classic croque monsieur
Try any places by Chef Constant. And TripAdvisor is a lot more useful than yelp in Europe.
SC 1 agree with Carette! Also, many good Vietnamese places in Paris.
