Is it for a gay dude? If so go for it. My metro but straight husband would be like nope too blingy though.
Strongly disagree with most of the comments.
I work in biglaw, and so my work environment is as conservative as they come. I wear a platinum ring with small black diamonds (very similar to the models in your link).
No one cares / even notices. Imo, my ring is not as flashy as the pictures in your link make them out to be, either.
lol platinum is “similar” to rose gold ok… maybe you need to take a lesson to read, comprehend, but also color differentiating 🤷♂️
Yeah… no. It’s a bit much.
All that matters is that you like it. It commemorates a widely-recognized milestone (a wedding) and is way less flashy than an engagement ring. If someone gets distracted by it at work, then they're not paying attention to what is important: the work right in front of them.
That’d be pretty noticeable- might be a bit questionable in more conservative settings.
Also - don’t know if this is for your husband - I assume he likes flashier stuff? Because for me this would be way too much even in non-corporate setting.
I would judge cognac diamonds as a rebranding of bad diamonds. Outside of that, it is a lot for a guy but also do you.
You're buying a ring for life. A man's wedding ring should be understated, not least because he's going to wear it every day for 50 years. Getting married is the flex: the jewelry isn't.
Just got married 2 days ago, i just got a platinum ring and it’s plain for simplicity. I’m not sure what his preference is but I’m not a fan of flashiness
They aren’t. Asking if you like the ring, they are asking if it’s too much in a corp setting. If that the ring your fiance likes then who cares what clients think? Women wear big diamonds. It’s something you wear forever.
If you're really that worried about the ring, you can get 2: one for the office (silicone or plain gold), and one for outside the office
Thanks y’all here’s a picture of it IRL. Didn’t think it’d get this strong of a reaction, so unsure if it’s the online pics or if I’m just out of touch lol
Truthfully, looks a bit feminine, but if you like it, own it!
I think it’s kinda ugly and I have good taste. Because of the coloring, it looks dirty as well, like I wanna put it in an ultrasonic cleaner really bad…
