EY OTS Manger salary? MBA, post MBA big 4 manager M&A consulting experience. Central region. Is $190-200k a fair range to ask?

Do any of the top consulting firms hire into the Engagement Manager level after an M7 (if they had manager experience elsewhere)? I know MBB probably doesn’t but what about other tier 2 firms after that - and asking for US or Canada

Interviewing for M&A IT integration at Deloitte. Any idea what to expect for the tech screening and onsite rounds? What topics to brush up on? Salary expectations? And also how is the culture overall
I really didn’t like going into the office and traveling pre-COVID. I preferred to work from home so I could spend time with my young child daily. 4 months later, I am SO tired even after getting 7 - 8 hours of sleep every night and only putting in about 45 hours of some per week. 5 year old child is home all day every day and the stress of balancing work with child is Exhausting.
