I’m so scared to let a relationship that gives me anxiety go because I’m 36 F and feel like I’m not going to find anyone else. He’s not a horrible person, but he can be inconsistent. I’ll go first: I had a long night, didn’t charge my phone, phone died and I woke up 5 hours past my usual alarm… missed two important meetings, I was supposed to lead one of them 🥸

I have no idea what I’m doing. Life is a little overwhelming, and I want to keep growing as a professional but in a different direction than where I’m at right now. Switching careers and industries is so difficult. Props to those who’ve broken into their first job after a career change!

LinkedIn is a garbage app where I can’t even post my opinion or experience because it will go against the mainstream ideologies. If I even “like” a post then I worry that my peers and managers see what I like and suddenly I need inclusivity training. What a load of shit! Having trouble landing a decent job, I am 4 years post bachelors, environmental science. I can not seem to land a job above minimum wage. My last position (horticultural assistant) found myself taking on a good amount of projects that were being left unfulfilled, due to coworker politics (a few co worker’s wanted to see the supervisor fall short of expectations) in addition I had difficulty with my manager( sexual harassment) I rejected their advances, and I was laid off in December

After apologizing that he said that meanly but was just offering advice he has completely stopped responding to me. Was I oversensitive? Just not sure what’s going on here…
