Is it possible to land a financial analyst position with only 6 months of experience in audit? I tried to stick it out w/ B4 but I don’t think I can do it anymore. I’m interested in duties like budgeting/forecasting, but haven’t come across very many entry level positions. I’m mostly seeing entry level jobs that are called “financial analyst” but include duties like JE/reconciliations. I don’t have SQL/Tableau experience either... so not sure if I just need more experience in a diff role first?

Need advice. I’m at my first job in private accounting. Previous experience is as an auditor. I am struggling to figure out the way JEs are posted at my current company. It’s never straightforward even for simple entries. There’s things like settlements which confuse the crap out of me. I think I am slipping into depression. My life seems to have no meaning and all I do is work. I don't get time for myself or my family, friends and loved ones. But I can't leave my job and take a break as I need the financial support.
